Vicente Mosquera vs Gerlach Mortier

Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at Royal Dublin Society, Dublin,  taking place on 07/04/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Mosquera (6(3) - 0) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Gerlach Mortier(12 - 12 - 2) from Antwerp, Belgium.  Mosquera weighed in at 121 pounds And 6 ounces, while Mortier weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thomas McShane, and the three ringside judges are Carl MacRae, Joshua McColl and Rob Nesmith.  

Round 1: 

Mosquera lands with a hard jab.

The ref halts the action and sends Mosquera to the neutral corner.    He warns Mortier that he is heading for a point deduction.

Mosquera is looking to close the distance and throws a left uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Mosquera clinches his opponent.  Mosquera is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mosquera to stop holding.

He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Mosquera!
