Chris Bran vs Jack McNaughton

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Adelaide Arena, Adelaide,  taking place on 02/04/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Australia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Bran (15(1) - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Jack McNaughton(19(4) - 3 - 1) from Adelaide, Australia.  Both Bran and McNaughton weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bryn Callahan, and the three ringside judges are Kian Pugh, Antwan Whitehead and Floyd MacFarlane.  

Round 1: 

Bran pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a cross.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  McNaughton has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused a bad cut  the right eye.  .
