Vince Pagan vs James Matherson

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkrumah Promotions promoted show at Albuquerque Coulter, Albuquerque,  taking place on 26/03/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-New Mexico Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vince Pagan (12 - 10 - 1) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and James Matherson(7 - 7(1) - 2) from Albuquerque, USA.  Pagan weighed in at 130 pounds, while Matherson weighed in at 129 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Gemmill, and the three ringside judges are Gus Maddix, Waqas Saah and Kris Lorimer.  

Round 1: 

Matherson gets on the inside.  Matherson pivots to the left of his opponent.  Pagan attempts to land a left hook, but Matherson slips the shot and counters with a cross.
