Lazar Mamedbekov vs Kamil Shamhalov

Boxing Daily Report from the Akafia Promotions promoted show at Dushanbe Kalas, Dushanbe,  taking place on 01/03/2029:

Clearly Akafia Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Varzish TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lazar Mamedbekov (22 - 3) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Kamil Shamhalov(14 - 10(1) - 5) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Mamedbekov weighed in at 200 pounds, while Shamhalov weighed in at 200 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Shamhalov came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Kazim Anwar, and the three ringside judges are Vikenti Gadjibekov, Hamid Quadri and Ilham Azizov.
