Odhert Gehrmann vs Erol Buyuk

Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at Brose Arena, Nuremberg,  taking place on 28/04/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Odhert Gehrmann (17(12) - 0) who hails from Regensburg, Germany and Erol Buyuk(17 - 10(3) - 2) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Gehrmann weighed in at 129 pounds and 3 ounces, while Buyuk weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Berowalt Manweiler, and the three ringside judges are Abbey Krogmann, Wendell Jahr and Adelbert Peikert.  

Round 1: 

Buyuk advances into close range.  Gehrmann lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Gehrmann lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Gehrmann clinches his opponent.  Gehrmann pushes his forearm into Buyuk's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Gehrmann digs in a left hook to Buyuk's liver.  
Gehrmann sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Buyuk throws a right hook, but Gehrmann clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Gehrmann pushes his forearm into Buyuk's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Buyuk is looking to close the distance.  Gehrmann pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Gehrmann lands a left uppercut.  Gehrmann ties up his opponent.  Gehrmann pushes his forearm into Buyuk's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Gehrmann connects with a solid right uppercut.  As Gehrmann tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Buyuk dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Gehrmann closes the distance.  Gehrmann backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Buyuk is whaling away with hooks, but Gehrmann keeps his defence tight.  
Buyuk pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gehrmann lands with a hard jab.  
Gehrmann steps inside and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Gehrmann lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Buyuk throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Gehrmann strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Buyuk closes the distance.  Gehrmann is on target with a left uppercut.  
Gehrmann lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Gehrmann connects with a right uppercut.  
Gehrmann lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Gehrmann hits home with a sharp cross.  
Gehrmann is looking to close the distance.  Buyuk attempts to land a left uppercut, but Gehrmann parries the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Gehrmann is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Gehrmann advances into close range and connects with a stinging left hook.  
Gehrmann gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Gehrmann steps inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Gehrmann lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  Gehrmann clinches his opponent.  Buyuk leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Gehrmann is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gehrmann about fouling.  Gehrmann attempts to land a left hook, but Buyuk sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Buyuk tries to land a jab, but Gehrmann slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Gehrmann closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Buyuk throws a right uppercut, but Gehrmann ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Gehrmann pushes his forearm into Buyuk's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Gehrmann.  
Gehrmann drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Gehrmann connects with a solid right hook.  
Gehrmann connects with a solid left hook.  
Gehrmann lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Gehrmann steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Gehrmann clinches his opponent.  Gehrmann leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Gehrmann uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Buyuk behind the head.

Buyuk is looking to close the distance.  You can sense the frustration from Buyuk now.   He turns Gehrmann and throws an uppercut into his opponents groin area!  The ref tells Buyuk to keep his punches above the belt.  He gives Gehrmann time to recover.  
Gehrmann is looking to close the distance and digs in a solid right hook to Buyuk's body.  Gehrmann holds on to his opponent.  Gehrmann uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Buyuk behind the head. Gehrmann leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Buyuk gets on the inside.  Gehrmann lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Buyuk lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Gehrmann lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Gehrmann advances into close range and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Gehrmann knows Buyuk is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Gehrmann lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND SENDS BUYUK TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Gehrmann lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND BUYUK IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Buyuk now seems to have got his legs back.  
Gehrmann lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Buyuk quickly recovers. 
Gehrmann advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Gehrmann clinches his opponent.  Gehrmann leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Gehrmann tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Buyuk behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gehrmann lands a FEROCIOUS left hook.  BUYUK IS HURT!  Buyuk recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Frustration is reaching boiling point for Buyuk now.    He throws a hook, and catches Gehrmann low!  The ref tells Buyuk to keep his punches above the belt.  He gives Gehrmann time to recover.  
At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Buyuk's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Gehrmann is looking to force the stoppage!  Gehrmann lands a left hook, right uppercut and a cross to his opponents head, KNOCKING BUYUK DOWN!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Gehrmann!
