Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at The Grand Ballroom at The Plaza, New York City,  taking place on 01/04/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-New York State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Twaddell (16 - 16(2) - 2) who hails from New York City, USA and Leo Rama(12 - 6(3) - 1) from New York City, USA.  Both Twaddell and Rama weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leighton MacGinnis, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Cavanah, Harvey Misserville and Rex McNiall.  

Round 1: 

Rama finds the target with a jab.  
Rama attempts to land a left hook, but Twaddell slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Rama lands a stiff jab.  Rama tries to land a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rama lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Rama walks Twaddell down, trapping him in the corner.  Rama quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Rama closes the distance.  Rama pivots to the side of his opponent.  Rama tries to land a right uppercut, but Twaddell blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rama lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Rama holds on to his opponent.  Rama pushes his forearm into Twaddell's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Rama walks his opponent into a neutral corner.  Rama lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Rama sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Rama lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Rama attempts to land a left uppercut, but Twaddell sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rama walks Twaddell down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Rama lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Twaddell steps away from his opponent.  Rama feints a cross, and then is on target with an overhand right.  
Rama lands a sharp right uppercut.  
Rama gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Rama pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Twaddell's liver.  
Twaddell is looking to keep his distance.  Twaddell sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Rama steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
