Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Lara promoted show at Barquisimeto Avalos, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 02/04/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hilario Acevedo (21 - 1) who hails from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and Alejandro Rengel(16 - 7) from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela.  Acevedo weighed in at 140 pounds, while Rengel weighed in at 139 pounds and 7 ounces.
