Ben Onion vs Ben Markle

Boxing Daily Report from the RJS Promotions promoted show at RJS Gym, North Shore,  taking place on 10/03/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Ben Onion (0 - 0) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Ben Markle(2 - 13 - 3) from North Shore, New Zealand.  Both Onion and Markle weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Bridgeforth, and the three ringside judges are James Oakley, Kyle Stine and Rob Horsburgh.  

Round 1: 

Onion attempts to land a right hook, but Markle blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Onion pivots to the left of his opponent.  Onion lands a left hook to the body followed by two right uppercut's to the head.  Onion holds on to his opponent.  Onion pushes his forearm into Markle's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Onion throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Onion's ribcage.  
Markle steps inside.  Onion hits home with a left uppercut.  
Onion drives a left uppercut into Markle's body.  
Onion steps inside and connects with a right uppercut.  
Markle closes the distance.  Onion lands a left hook.  
Onion lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Onion connects with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Markle's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Markle's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Onion gets on the inside and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  Onion holds on to his opponent.  Onion leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Onion's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Onion lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Markle walks Onion into a corner.  Onion lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Onion closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Onion hits home with a left hook.  
Onion drives a left hook into Markle's liver.  
Onion gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Onion throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Onion ties up his opponent.  Onion is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Onion.  
Onion manouvers Markle into a neutral corner.  Onion lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Onion hits home with a left hook.  
Onion connects with a left hook.  
Onion advances into close range and throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Onion clinches his opponent.  Markle is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Onion lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Markle closes the distance.  Onion lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  As Onion tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Markle dabs at his face checking for damage.
