Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit 3.0 promoted show at Brisbane Lacey, Brisbane,  taking place on 12/04/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Oceania Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John McBryde (26(7) - 7(5)) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and John Hercules(18 - 14 - 1) from Sunshine Coast, Australia.  Both McBryde and Hercules weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francesco Ghiglia, and the three ringside judges are Ian Rabb, Mark Elgin and Mark Lockie.  

Round 1: 

McBryde gets on the inside.  McBryde quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
McBryde advances into close range.  McBryde pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
McBryde lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  McBryde clinches his opponent.  McBryde pushes his forearm into Hercules's face.  The ref breaks McBryde's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

McBryde backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Hercules is whaling away with hooks, but McBryde keeps his defence tight.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hercules's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Hercules's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Hercules pivots to the left of his opponent.  McBryde is on target with a left hook.  
Hercules pivots to the side of his opponent.  McBryde lands a sharp jab.  
Hercules pivots to the right of his opponent.  Hercules throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.  
Hercules is looking to keep the action on the outside.  McBryde lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.
