Alec East vs Matt McKenzie

Boxing Daily Report from the Golden Gloves promoted show at Birmingham Ables, Birmingham,  taking place on 11/04/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Central England Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The Prodigy Alec East (12(1) - 0) who hails from Derby, UK and Matt McKenzie(16 - 10(3) - 4) from Wolverhampton, UK.  Both East and McKenzie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ewan Goodlet, and the three ringside judges are Robert Llewellyn, Dale Garrett and Wayne Latham.  

Round 1: 

East connects with a stinging right uppercut.
