Ben Barrett vs Chris Slatter

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Star promoted show at Peaks Ice Arena, Provo,  taking place on 21/05/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ben Barrett (5(2) - 0) who hails from Jersey City, USA and Chris Slatter(11 - 10 - 3) from Columbus, USA.  Barrett weighed in at 147 pounds, while Slatter weighed in at 146 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Neil Probert, and the three ringside judges are Kian Ord, Rhod Gubay and Arran Doyle.  

Round 1: 

Barrett steps inside and drives a left hook into Slatter's body.

Slatter pivots to the right of his opponent.  Barrett lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  Barrett ties up his opponent.  Barrett leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Barrett's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Barrett walks Slatter down, trapping him in the corner.  Barrett sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Slatter's ribcage.  
Barrett sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Barrett throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Barrett clinches his opponent.  Barrett leans on his opponent using all his weight. Barrett tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Slatter behind the head. The ref breaks Barrett's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Barrett quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
