Lao-Tzu Foo vs Genjo Hong

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Fujian promoted show at Ho Ko Gym, Xiamen,  taking place on 12/04/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Fujian Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lao-Tzu Foo (17(2) - 2) who hails from Xiamen, China and Genjo Hong(4 - 7 - 3) from Xiamen, China.  Foo weighed in at 231 pounds And 5 ounces, while Hong weighed in at 237 pounds And 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Liang Yoong, and the three ringside judges are Sun Rao, Shing Zhao and Yuan Tsou.  

Round 1: 

Foo is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Foo gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Foo manages to force Hong onto the ropes.  Foo lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  Foo clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Foo pushes his forearm into Hong's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Foo closes the distance and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Foo gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Foo tries to land a left hook, but Hong blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Foo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Foo forces Hong to retreat into the corner.  Foo is on target with a firm left uppercut.  
Foo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Hong is looking to keep his distance.  Foo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a firm cross.  
Foo advances into close range.  Hong pivots to the left of his opponent.  Foo digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Hong steps away from his opponent.  Hong sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Foo lands a stinging jab.  
Foo advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Foo lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Foo walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Foo lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Hong is looking to keep his distance.  Foo stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Hong lands a cross to Foo's body.  
Foo gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Foo gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Foo lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Foo gets on the inside and connects with a stinging right hook.  
Hong switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Foo blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.

Hong tries to land a right hook, but Foo slips the shot and counters with a mean right hook.  HONG IS HURT!  
Foo manages to force Hong into the corner.  Foo is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Foo connects with a spiteful right uppercut.  HONG IS DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE ON SHAKY LEGS BUT HONG CAN'T BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Foo!
