Boxing Daily Report from the Ssali Promotions promoted show at Blackburn Sports & Leisure Centre, Blackburn,  taking place on 14/04/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John McPhail (14 - 6) who hails from Preston, UK and Thomas Weir(2 - 21 - 2) from Sunderland, UK.  McPhail weighed in at 255 pounds And 10 ounces, while Weir weighed in at 233 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Couper, and the three ringside judges are Robert Couper, Connor McGowan and Tony Ferris.
