Alfonso Maddry vs Venacio Amescua

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Puebla promoted show at Nemesio Quezada Gym, Puebla,  taking place on 16/04/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alfonso Maddry (21(12) - 9(7)) who hails from Puebla, Mexico and Venacio Amescua(15 - 0) from Matamoros, Mexico.  Maddry weighed in at 118 pounds, while Amescua weighed in at 117 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Mar, and the three ringside judges are Urvano Barraza, Fidel Villar and Fidel Villar.
