Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Tony Ireland Stadium, Townsville,  taking place on 05/05/2029:

Clearly Hennessy Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Oceania Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Lay (17(4) - 1(1)) who hails from Perth, Australia and Peter Clay(13(2) - 2 - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Lay and Clay weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Pait, and the three ringside judges are Robert Reekie, Mark Lockie and Glynn Profit.
