Hikaru Imai vs Kyo Hamamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Hidaka promoted show at Mikio Hirai Gym, Kyoto,  taking place on 23/03/2029:

Clearly Hidaka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hikaru Imai (8 - 0) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Kyo Hamamoto(6 - 9 - 4) from Kyoto, Japan.  Both Imai and Hamamoto weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Takeo Imada, and the three ringside judges are Taro Matsuoka, Naoki Tamashiro and Kazuhiko Ozawa.  

Round 1: 

Imai is looking to close the distance.  Imai pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.
