Nao Miki vs Mitsuru Hatanaka

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Yokohama Morita, Yokohama,  taking place on 21/04/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Kanagawa Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nao Miki (9 - 15(1) - 3) who hails from Yokohama, Japan and Mitsuru Hatanaka(16 - 6 - 2) from Yokohama, Japan.  Both Miki and Hatanaka weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hideki Miyake, and the three ringside judges are Ryo Hagiwara, Kaede Matsunaga and Keiichi Okuda.  

Round 1: 

Hatanaka manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Hatanaka drives a right hook into Miki's ribcage.  
Hatanaka steps inside and forces Miki to back into the blue corner.  Hatanaka connects with a right uppercut.  
Hatanaka connects with a left hook.  
Hatanaka closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.

As Hatanaka tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Miki dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Hatanaka closes the distance and drives a right hook into Miki's body.  
Hatanaka lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Miki lands a left hook.  
Hatanaka closes the distance.  Miki is on target with a left hook.  
Hatanaka steps inside and connects with a right hook.
