David Rodie vs Ian Allan

Boxing Daily Report from the Awere Promotions promoted show at Louisville Harvard, Louisville,  taking place on 20/04/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Kentucky Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Rodie (16 - 7) who hails from Louisville, USA and Ian Allan(15 - 4 - 1) from Louisville, USA.  Both Rodie and Allan weighed in at 199 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Coppin, and the three ringside judges are Dave Stark, Matthew Hatt and Dave Southerland.  

Round 1: 

Allan pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Allan is looking to close the distance and manages to force Rodie into the corner.  Allan lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Allan digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Rodie connects with a right hook.  
Rodie switches the action to the outside.  Allan connects with a firm cross.  Allan attempts to land a cross, but Rodie sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Rodie has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
