Edmundo Alaniz vs Juan Tolentino

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Baja California promoted show at Discoteca Hangar 27, Tijuana,  taking place on 28/04/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Edmundo Alaniz (19 - 12(4)) who hails from Mexicali, Mexico and Juan Tolentino(19(7) - 8(2) - 4) from Ecatepec, Mexico.  Alaniz weighed in at 154 pounds, while Tolentino weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces.
