Carlos Celis vs Ricardo Penaloza

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiberu Promotions promoted show at Gabriel Alejandro Gym, Elche,  taking place on 27/04/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Spain-Comunidad Valenciana Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Celis (20 - 9(1) - 2) who hails from Valencia, Spain and Ricardo Penaloza(12 - 6) from Valencia, Spain.  Both Celis and Penaloza weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francisco Capetillo, and the three ringside judges are Senon Arcila, Jerrold Armando and Xabat Lobos.  

Round 1: 

Celis pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a cross.

Penaloza is looking to close the distance and manouvers Celis onto the ropes.  Penaloza sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Penaloza throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook to Penaloza's ribs.  
Celis is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a jab.

Celis digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Celis pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Penaloza manouvers his opponent into a corner.  As Celis tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
