Kieran Frimpong vs Aaron Dotse

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Ashanti promoted show at Kumasi Gyan, Kumasi,  taking place on 01/05/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ghana-Ashanti Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kieran Frimpong (17 - 3 - 1) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Aaron Dotse(11 - 4(1) - 4) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Frimpong weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces, while Dotse weighed in at 200 pounds and 8 ounces.    As Dotse came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Louis Nkrumah, and the three ringside judges are Deion Agyemang, Andy Salawu and Louis Nkrumah.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Frimpong dabs at his face checking for damage.

Dotse closes the distance.  Frustration is reaching boiling point for Dotse now.   He steps inside, but then strikes Frimpong with a blatant low blow!  The ref halts the action and sends Frimpong to the neutral corner.    He has a stern word with Dotse and warns that a point will be deducted if he continues to foul.  
Frimpong switches the action to the outside and strikes his opponents body with a sharp cross.  
Frimpong lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Frimpong lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES DOTSE!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Dotse cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Frimpong!
