Gus McIver vs Mark Speed

Boxing Daily Report from the Ililonga Promotions promoted show at Sam McCay Gym, Milwaukee,  taking place on 29/04/2029:

Clearly Ililonga Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Wisconsin Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gus McIver (8 - 1) who hails from Milwaukee, USA and Mark Speed(9 - 5 - 1) from Madison, USA.  McIver weighed in at 154 pounds, while Speed weighed in at 152 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lee Griffith, and the three ringside judges are Ethan McKenna, Ethan McKenna and John Peart.  

Round 1: 

Speed tries to keep the action at long range.  McIver waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Speed throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
McIver steps inside and throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  McIver holds on to his opponent.  McIver is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures McIver about fouling.  
McIver is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  McIver clinches his opponent.  McIver tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Speed behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
McIver quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Speed tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.  
McIver is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Speed parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
McIver lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  McIver ties up his opponent.  McIver is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. McIver throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns McIver.  
Speed steps to the outside.  McIver feints a cross, but Speed is not fooled and is on target with a right hook to McIver's ribs.  
McIver is looking to close the distance.  Speed throws a right hook, but McIver holds on to his opponent.  McIver leans on his opponent using all his weight. McIver uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Speed's kidney. The referee warns McIver and breaks the clinch.  
McIver lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
McIver feints a jab, and then is on target with a left hook to Speed's body.  
McIver steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut.  
McIver is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Speed connects with a cross.  
McIver is on target with a sharp right hook.  McIver ties up his opponent.  McIver throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns McIver.
