Vicente Yepez vs Pancho Betances

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Urban Park, La Plata,  taking place on 05/05/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Americas Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Yepez (20(12) - 0) who hails from San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina and Pancho Betances(29 - 6(2)) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Yepez weighed in at 108 pounds, while Betances weighed in at 107 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jose Pinzon, and the three ringside judges are Onofre Lince, Neron Pedro and Frisco Mosquera.  

Round 1: 

Betances closes the distance.  Yepez lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Yepez tries to keep the action at long range.  Betances feints a left hook, and then hits home with an overhand right.  
Yepez lands a straight 1 - 2.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Yepez finds the target with a solid jab.  
Yepez lands a FEROCIOUS overhand right.  BETANCES IS HURT!  
Betances gets on the inside.  Yepez sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Yepez lands a right hook, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head, DROPPING BETANCES TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  Betances now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Yepez's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Yepez's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.  Betances's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
