Fo-hai Tow vs Federico Ayo

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Ota-City General Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 13/05/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fo-hai Tow (14(12) - 0) who hails from Hefei, China and Federico Ayo(13 - 9(1) - 3) from Los Teques, Venezuela.  Both Tow and Ayo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuichi Abe, and the three ringside judges are Dai Fujita, Satoshi Fuse and Hisoka Yamamoto.  

Round 1: 

Tow advances into close range and connects with a firm left uppercut.  
Ayo throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Tow drives a right hook into Ayo's body.  
Tow lands a ramrod jab.  Tow throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Tow steps inside.  Ayo throws a left hook, but Tow holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Tow pushes his forearm into Ayo's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Tow tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to Tow's body.  
Ayo is looking to close the distance.  Tow lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  Tow ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Tow pushes his forearm into Ayo's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Tow gets on the inside and DETONATES a FEROCIOUS right uppercut on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE AYO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Tow clinches his opponent.  Ayo tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Tow's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ayo to stop fouling.  Ayo almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Tow steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ayo steps inside.  Tow lands a left uppercut.  
Tow finds the target with a jab.  
Tow switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Tow lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Ayo throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Tow tries to keep the action at long range.  Tow feints a left hook, and then is on target with a firm cross.  
Tow steps away from his opponent.  Tow sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Ayo tries to land a jab, but Tow sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.  
Tow lands a jab.  
Tow lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ayo cuts off the ring, trapping Tow on the ropes.  Tow lands a stinging jab.  
Ayo advances into close range.  Tow tries to land a right hook, but Ayo blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Tow lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Ayo recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Tow closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Tow clinches his opponent.  Tow is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Tow to stop fouling.  
Tow EXPLODES a big right hook into his opponents face.  AYO IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Tow!
