Rashid Nabih vs Tariq Marzouk

Boxing Daily Report from the Shamenda Promotions promoted show at Ibrahim Nasr Gym, Shubra El-Kheima,  taking place on 15/05/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Egypt-Shubra El-Kheima Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rashid Nabih (8 - 1) who hails from Shubra El-Kheima, Egypt and Tariq Marzouk(6(4) - 2 - 1) from Shubra El-Kheima, Egypt.  Both Nabih and Marzouk weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Alsadat, and the three ringside judges are Amer Heshmat, Kashif Sobhy and Ali Abdulrahman.  

Round 1: 

Marzouk steps inside and drives a firm left hook into Nabih's body.  
Nabih pivots to the left of his opponent.  Nabih tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut to Nabih's body.  
Marzouk walks his opponent into the corner.  Marzouk is on target with a right hook.  
Nabih throws a right hook, but Marzouk holds on to his opponent.  Nabih is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Marzouk pushes his forearm into Nabih's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Marzouk.

Marzouk advances into close range and forces Nabih to back into the ropes.  Marzouk attempts to land a right hook, but Nabih sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Marzouk steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Marzouk lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Marzouk tries to land a jab, but Nabih slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Marzouk steps inside.  Nabih digs in a left hook to Marzouk's ribs.  
Nabih lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Marzouk is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Marzouk lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  Marzouk ties up his opponent.  Marzouk leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Marzouk sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.

Marzouk is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Marzouk SLAMS a DESTRUCTIVE right uppercut into his opponents face.  NABIH IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Nabih now seems to have his senses back.

Marzouk steps inside and tries to land a right hook, but Nabih slips the shot and counters with a left hook.

Nabih steps to the outside.  Marzouk is on target with a jab.  Marzouk throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Nabih hits home with a cross.  
Marzouk gets on the inside.  Nabih hits home with a right hook.  
Marzouk hits home with a left hook.  Marzouk attempts to land a cross, but Nabih parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nabih switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Marzouk parries the shot and counters with a BRUTAL left uppercut.  DOWN GOES NABIH!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Marzouk!
