Michael Kiangudi vs Kabonero Muniru

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Durban Convention Centre, Durban,  taking place on 20/08/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Kiangudi (11(1) - 0) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Kabonero Muniru(11 - 4 - 1) from Roodepoort, South Africa.  Both Kiangudi and Muniru weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Nzimande, and the three ringside judges are Sam Van Onselen, Ollie Rensburg and Cody Fuani.

Muniru advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Kiangudi in a neutral corner.  Kiangudi drives a stinging left hook into his opponents body.  Kiangudi wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Muniru.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
