Satoru Arita vs Keiichi Hayashida

Boxing Daily Report from the ノックアウトボクシング promoted show at Hitoshi Ito Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 20/05/2029:

Clearly ノックアウトボクシング have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Satoru Arita (6 - 8 - 2) who hails from Takatsuki, Japan and Keiichi Hayashida(4 - 6(2) - 4) from Osaka, Japan.  Both Arita and Hayashida weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mitsuru Imamura, and the three ringside judges are Kenji Tamura, Yoshi Nakano and Hisoka Tsuchida.  

Round 1: 

Arita gets on the inside.  Hayashida quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Arita lands a right hook.  
Arita is on target with a right uppercut.  
Hayashida tries to land a right hook, but Arita sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Arita closes the distance.  Arita pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Hayashida hits home with a right uppercut.

Arita steps inside.  Hayashida digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Arita dabs at his face checking for damage.
