Malvolio Villarruel vs Diego Rayon

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Ginásio do Ibirapuera, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 09/06/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the South American Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SporTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malvolio The Real Deal Villarruel (14 - 1) who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Diego Rayon(15(11) - 0 - 1) from Arequipa, Peru.  Both Villarruel and Rayon weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Galaz, and the three ringside judges are Jose Mau, Xavier Antonio and Desiderio Amado.  

Round 1: 

Rayon gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Villarruel is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross.

Villarruel steps away from his opponent.  Rayon stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Rayon lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND VILLARRUEL IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  It looks like Villarruel has now recovered from that shot earlier.
