Balamurali Gulati vs Obaid Assad

Boxing Daily Report from the Katusha Promotions promoted show at Hassan Matar Gym, Shah Alam,  taking place on 25/04/2029:

Clearly Katusha Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Selangor Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Balamurali Gulati (3 - 14 - 2) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Obaid Assad(9 - 4) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  Gulati weighed in at 118 pounds, while Assad weighed in at 117 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Saad Mahdi, and the three ringside judges are Malik Azimi, Sajid Bari and Rashid Bhutto.  

Round 1: 

Gulati steps to the outside.  Assad throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
