Genjo Hy vs Confucius Qian

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Huangpu Sports Centre Gymnasium, Guangzhou,  taking place on 30/06/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Guangdong Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Genjo Hy (15 - 8 - 2) who hails from Shenzhen, China and Confucius Qian(15 - 3) from Shantou, China.  Hy weighed in at 140 pounds, while Qian weighed in at 139 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jun Wu, and the three ringside judges are Manchu Shen, Zhuang Mui and Xi-Wang Sheih.  

Round 1: 

Qian advances into close range.  Qian pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Qian lands a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Qian dabs at his face checking for damage.
