Santiago Carrasquillo vs Diego Canizares

Boxing Daily Report from the Cherry picking promotion’s promoted show at La Plata Archibeque, La Plata,  taking place on 14/06/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Carrasquillo (8(4) - 1) who hails from La Plata, Argentina and Diego Canizares(9 - 12 - 3) from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Both Carrasquillo and Canizares weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Melgoza, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Hernandez, Noe Moraga and Santiago Candela.  

Round 1: 

Carrasquillo gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  Carrasquillo holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Carrasquillo pushes his forearm into Canizares's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Carrasquillo.
