Malik Taha vs Jay Atere

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Lagos State promoted show at Lagos Durodola, Lagos,  taking place on 26/06/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malik Taha (22 - 5(2)) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Jay Atere(13 - 7(3) - 7) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Both Taha and Atere weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Olufemi Udah, and the three ringside judges are Bright Adeluyi, Rehan Wakim and Ifeanyi Iyke.
