Agapetus Dawa vs Rodrigo Sotomayor

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Alonte Sports Arena, Santa Rosa,  taking place on 14/07/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Laguna Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ABS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Agapetus Dawa (23 - 0) who hails from Calamba, Philippines and Rodrigo Sotomayor(17 - 3) from Cabuyao, Philippines.  Dawa weighed in at 146 pounds And 13 ounces, while Sotomayor weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Olindo Suguitan, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Murillo, Santiago Trillo and Olindo Isip.
