Javier Melendez vs Antonio Maio

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Miranda promoted show at Caracas Loyola, Caracas,  taking place on 02/06/2029:

Clearly AI Venezuela-Miranda have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Miranda Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Javier Melendez (9 - 12 - 5) who hails from Caracas, Venezuela and Antonio Maio(10 - 3) from Caracas, Venezuela.  Both Melendez and Maio weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elias Avelino, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Beltre, Santiago Quesada and Eloy Bedolla.
