Goga Tutko vs Faddei Kohut

Boxing Daily Report from the Matchmaker Promotions promoted show at Dnipropetrovsk Slivka, Dnipropetrovsk,  taking place on 03/07/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Goga Tutko (18(11) - 0) who hails from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine and Faddei Kohut(18 - 5 - 4) from Dniprodzerzhynsk, Ukraine.  Tutko weighed in at 117 pounds and 13 ounces, while Kohut weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dmytro Mudrak, and the three ringside judges are Goga Burda, Aleksei Sokolov and Apostol Petrus.  

Round 1: 

Tutko lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Tutko forces Kohut to retreat into the red corner.  Tutko drives a stinging left hook into his opponents body.  Tutko clinches his opponent.  Tutko is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tutko lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Tutko clinches his opponent.  Tutko hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Tutko to stop fouling.  Kohut quickly recovers.

Tutko attempts to land a left hook, but Kohut blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Tutko is looking to close the distance and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Tutko lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Tutko holds on to his opponent.  Tutko is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Tutko to stop fouling.  
Tutko digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Tutko hits home with a left uppercut.  Tutko clinches his opponent.  Tutko leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Tutko walks Kohut down, trapping him in the corner.  Kohut lands with a stinging jab.

Tutko is on target with a solid left hook.  Tutko tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Kohut pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kohut attempts to land a jab, but Tutko blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Tutko feints a right, and then lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Tutko steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kohut tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Tutko walks Kohut into a corner.  Tutko drives a solid left hook into his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kohut's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Kohut's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Kohut's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Kohut's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Kohut pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kohut throws a right hook, but Tutko ties up his opponent.  Tutko is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Tutko walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Tutko connects with a cross.  
Tutko throws a left uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Tutko holds on to his opponent.  Tutko leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tutko lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Tutko lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Tutko lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head, AND SENDS KOHUT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Tutko lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Tutko is looking to close the distance and lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
It looks like Kohut has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Tutko gets on the inside.  Tutko quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a big right hook.  KOHUT IS HURT!  
Tutko is looking to force the stoppage!  Tutko lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS KOHUT TO THE CANVAS!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Tutko!
