Dan Buchanon vs Dom Penrose

Boxing Daily Report from the Kapenta Promotions promoted show at Atlanta Heriot, Atlanta,  taking place on 02/07/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Georgia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dan Buchanon (17(11) - 3(2)) who hails from Macon, USA and Dom Penrose(9(1) - 17 - 3) from Athens, USA.  Both Buchanon and Penrose weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brad Bee, and the three ringside judges are David Tarbet, Colin Binney and Edward Brand.  

Round 1: 

Buchanon feints a cross, and then lands two jabs followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.

Penrose advances into close range.  As Buchanon tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Penrose.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Buchanon steps to the outside and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Buchanon finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Buchanon switches the action to the outside and lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Penrose steps inside and walks Buchanon onto the ropes.  Penrose throws a left hook, but Buchanon holds on to his opponent.  Buchanon tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Penrose's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Buchanon steps away from his opponent and tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Buchanon steps away from his opponent.  Buchanon feints a cross, fooling Penrose into throwing a left uppercut counter.  Buchanon springs the trap, countering with  a hurtful right hook.  PENROSE WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Buchanon senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Buchanon lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DROPS PENROSE TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Buchanon!
