Johnny Hovey vs Colin Proffit

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-New South Wales promoted show at Olympic Park Sports Hall, Sydney,  taking place on 13/06/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-New South Wales Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Johnny Hovey (4 - 4 - 3) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Colin Proffit(6 - 5 - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Hovey weighed in at 147 pounds, while Proffit weighed in at 148 pounds and 2 ounces.    As Proffit came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Neil Malis, and the three ringside judges are Neil Cookston, Dave Evan and Sam Bean.
