Angel Triano vs Porfio Montijo

Boxing Daily Report from the Mogoeng Promotions promoted show at Neper Pita Gym, Recife,  taking place on 12/07/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil-Pernambuco Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Triano (17 - 10 - 6) who hails from Recife, Brazil and Porfio Montijo(9 - 15 - 3) from Recife, Brazil.  Triano weighed in at 226 pounds and 4 ounces, while Montijo weighed in at 235 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Mosca, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Mosca, Santiago Santiago and Pablo Cabral.  

Round 1: 

Montijo closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
Montijo walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Montijo sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Triano's body.

Montijo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Montijo.

Montijo advances into close range.  Triano voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Montijo is whaling away with hooks, but Triano keeps his defence tight.  Montijo is on target with a right hook.
