Rico Valdez vs Franco Bellon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Puerto Plata promoted show at San Felipe de Puerto Donoso, San Felipe de Puerto Plata,  taking place on 18/07/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic-Puerto Plata Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Valdez (20 - 0) who hails from San Felipe de Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and Franco Bellon(7(2) - 0) from San Felipe de Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.  Both Valdez and Bellon weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Pino, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Quiles, Jose Corbo and Diego Pino.
