Myung-joo Um vs Inigo Boyce

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Arena Tachikawa Tachihi, Tokyo,  taking place on 05/08/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Myung-joo Um (14(11) - 0) who hails from Cheonan, South Korea and Inigo Boyce(16 - 9(1) - 2) from Los Angeles, USA.  Both Um and Boyce weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Uchida, and the three ringside judges are Hisoka Yamamoto, Hikaru Onaga and Hikaru Shibuya.  

Round 1: 

Um feints a left, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Um steps away from his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Um lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Um lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Um is on target with a firm left hook.

Um lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Um is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a sharp overhand right.  
Um lands a stinging cross to his opponents body.  
Um tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Boyce advances into close range.  Um lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Um steps away from his opponent and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Um pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Um tries to keep the action at long range and lands with a solid jab.  
Boyce sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Um lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Um is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Um sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Um attempts to land a cross, but Boyce blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Um feints a right hook, and then lands a jab.  
Um switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Boyce's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Boyce's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Boyce sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.

Boyce quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands with a solid jab.  
Um is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Um lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents body.  
Boyce advances into close range and manouvers Um onto the ropes.  Um throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Um clinches his opponent.  Um is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Um.  
Um lands a cross to Boyce's body.  
Um hits home with a firm overhand right.  
Boyce closes the distance.  Boyce quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Boyce throws a right hook, but Um clinches his opponent.  Um is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Um and breaks the clinch.  
Boyce manages to force Um onto the ropes.  Um lands a straight 1 - 2.

Boyce manages to force Um onto the ropes.  Um finds the target with a jab.  
Um steps away from his opponent and lands with a hard jab.

Um DETONATES a spiteful cross on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE BOYCE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Boyce recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Um quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Um pivots to the side of his opponent and SLAMS a VICIOUS cross into his opponents face.  BOYCE IS HURT!  Boyce recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Um feints a left hook, and then hits home with a stinging cross.
