Mark Yelton vs Matthew Barnes

Boxing Daily Report from the Wavy Gang promoted show at Peter Hickey Gym, Detroit,  taking place on 02/08/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Michigan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Yelton (9 - 12 - 4) who hails from Detroit, USA and Matthew Barnes(16 - 12(2) - 1) from Detroit, USA.  Both Yelton and Barnes weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Chiens, and the three ringside judges are Mark Tew, Max Gura and Leeroy Shedden.  

Round 1: 

Barnes steps inside and connects with a right hook.  Barnes attempts to land a left hook, but Yelton sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
