Max Lai vs Hassan Abed

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Uhuru Basketball Court, Nairobi,  taking place on 14/08/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Eastern African Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Max Lai (20(4) - 6(2)) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Hassan Abed(15 - 8(1)) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Lai and Abed weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Armani Kipchoim, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Lone, Elliot Lumumba and Bob Mbiyu.  

Round 1:
