Luigino Pagani vs Angelo Bellotti

Boxing Daily Report from the Sikatana Promotions promoted show at Antonio Schettini Gym, Messina,  taking place on 20/08/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Italy-Sicily Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Luigino Pagani (17 - 8(1) - 3) who hails from Messina, Italy and Angelo Bellotti(18 - 8 - 4) from Messina, Italy.  Both Pagani and Bellotti weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Colombo Masotti, and the three ringside judges are Giorgio Lamberti, Luca Catanoso and Mario Battaglia.  

Round 1: 

Pagani tries to keep the action at long range and finds the target with a jab.  
Bellotti leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Pagani tries to tag Bellotti on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Pagani digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bellotti is looking to close the distance.  Pagani lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Pagani steps to the outside.  Pagani feints a jab, and then lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Bellotti closes the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Pagani dabs at his face checking for damage.

Bellotti steps inside.  Bellotti digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Pagani dabs at his face checking for damage.  Pagani has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Bellotti closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.
