Rob Chesire vs Haaris Shariff

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Kikuyu Gachu, Kikuyu,  taking place on 24/08/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Kiambu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Chesire (8 - 4) who hails from Ruiru, Kenya and Haaris Shariff(16(1) - 2(1) - 1) from Ruiru, Kenya.  Both Chesire and Shariff weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Ngugi, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Icharia, Sam Ngugi and Jay Karanja.  

Round 1: 

Shariff lands a right hook.  
Shariff lands a left hook to the head followed by two left uppercut's to the body.  
Chesire is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a cross.

Shariff digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Shariff wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Chesire dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Chesire.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
