Eric Owens vs John Noon

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at Salford City Stadium, Manchester,  taking place on 27/10/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Eric Owens (27(13) - 1) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and John Noon(23(1) - 4(3) - 1) from Manchester, UK.  Owens weighed in at 200 pounds, while Noon weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Bonnar, and the three ringside judges are Robert Wathen, Irfan Assaf and Zachary Couch.
