John Braddick vs Mark Cormack

Boxing Daily Report from the Spencer Clarke promoted show at Liquid & Envy Nightclub, Portsmouth,  taking place on 08/09/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Braddick (7(2) - 0) who hails from Colchester, UK and Mark Cormack(5 - 2) from Brighton and Hove, UK.  Braddick weighed in at 140 pounds, while Cormack weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ollie Bains, and the three ringside judges are Alec Malraux, Aeron Wyburn and Aaron Winn.  

Round 1: 

Braddick is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Braddick holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Braddick pushes his forearm into Cormack's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Braddick to stop fouling.  
Braddick digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Braddick tries to land a jab, but Cormack slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Braddick advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  Braddick holds on to his opponent.  Braddick is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Cormack pivots to the right of his opponent.  Cormack throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Braddick is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Braddick ties up his opponent.  Braddick is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Braddick feints a cross, fooling Cormack into launching a right uppercut counter.  Braddick avoids the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Braddick advances into close range and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Braddick clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Braddick pushes his forearm into Cormack's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Braddick.  
Braddick closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Braddick wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Cormack dabs at his face checking for damage.

Braddick lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
