Amand Rossouw vs Joe Mpala

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 27/10/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amand Rossouw (13 - 0) who hails from Durban, South Africa and Joe Mpala(12 - 14 - 5) from Soshanguve, South Africa.  Both Rossouw and Mpala weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cole Twala, and the three ringside judges are Phumelele Mkhize, John Masina and Clinton Nyauza.  

Round 1: 

Rossouw gets on the inside.  Rossouw drives a left hook into Mpala's body.  As Mpala tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Rossouw dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Rossouw lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Mpala steps inside.  Rossouw pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mpala tries to land a left uppercut, but Rossouw dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Mpala walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Rossouw lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Mpala is looking to close the distance.  Rossouw connects with a left hook.  
Mpala gets on the inside and manouvers Rossouw into a corner.  Rossouw lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Mpala is looking to close the distance.  You can sense the frustration from Mpala now.   He catches his opponent with what looks like an intentional butt!  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  The ref tells Mpala to keep his head out of his opponents face.  He gives Rossouw time to recover.  
Rossouw steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Rossouw digs in a right hook to Mpala's body.  
Rossouw advances into close range.  Mpala sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Rossouw connects with a right hook.  
Rossouw steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.
