Naeem Assiful vs Mandla Chohan

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at gelvandale sports ground, Port Elizabeth,  taking place on 27/08/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Naeem Assiful (3 - 0) who hails from Pretoria, South Africa and Mandla Chohan(0 - 0 - 1) from Johannesburg, South Africa.  Both Assiful and Chohan weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dele Hlatshwayo, and the three ringside judges are Puleng Bungu, Themba Cele and Rob Tshiepela.  

Round 1: 

Assiful pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Chohan tries to keep the action at long range.  Assiful quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Assiful gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Assiful tries to land a right hook, but Chohan slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Assiful manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Assiful pivots from in front of his opponent.  Chohan connects with a right uppercut.  
Assiful lands a cross.  
Assiful steps inside.  Assiful sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Chohan throws a left uppercut, but Assiful holds on to his opponent.  Assiful pushes his forearm into Chohan's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Assiful lands a left uppercut.  
Assiful drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Assiful manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Assiful lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Assiful sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Chohan switches the action to the outside.  Assiful lands a firm overhand right.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Chohan's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Chohan's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Assiful gets on the inside.  Assiful pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  As Chohan tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Assiful dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Assiful.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Assiful steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Chohan tries to tag Assiful on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Assiful lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.
