Pernell Lucier vs Odil Cassel

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Stade de Ngor, Dakar,  taking place on 21/09/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Senegal Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pernell Lucier (32(2) - 2) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Odil Cassel(16(1) - 4(2)) from Diourbel, Senegal.  Both Lucier and Cassel weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gaston Angrand, and the three ringside judges are Garner Leye, Ranger Angrand and Acelin Badji.
