Michael Wayne vs Martyn Flanagan

Boxing Daily Report from the Ssali Promotions promoted show at Bradford McGuinness, Bradford,  taking place on 06/09/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Michael Wayne (10 - 2) who hails from Swansea, UK and Martyn Flanagan(19(6) - 1) from Newcastle, UK.  Wayne weighed in at 121 pounds and 14 ounces, while Flanagan weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenzie Dredge, and the three ringside judges are Paul McComb, Kai Comrie and Alex Bean.  

Round 1: 

Wayne pivots from in front of his opponent.  Wayne throws a right hook, but Flanagan clinches his opponent.  Wayne tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Flanagan behind the head. 
Flanagan attempts to land a cross, but Wayne slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Flanagan is looking to close the distance.  Wayne sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Wayne throws a left hook, but Flanagan clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Flanagan pushes his forearm into Wayne's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Flanagan cuts off the ring, trapping Wayne on the ropes.  Flanagan sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Wayne throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Flanagan holds on to his opponent.  Flanagan is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Wayne tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross to the body followed by a overhand left to the head.  Wayne attempts to land an overhand left, but Flanagan slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
